A client gallery on a phone: the studio's name above the couple's, over their cover photograph.

What you get

Three things, one app

  1. The LensPilot calendar showing booked shoots and blocked days across a month.

    Your studio, in one place

Bookings with agreements clients accept online, your calendar synced to Google or iPhone, and a private calendar link for each of your crew.

  2. A client gallery on a phone: the studio's name above the couple's, over their cover photograph.

    One link for the couple

A live count against the number you set, a date to submit by, and a tick and a heart on every photograph. Films sit in the same link.

  3. A guest's own photo page on a phone: the studio's name, the event, and a grid of the photographs they appear in.

    Guests find themselves

One QR card at the event and one selfie. Each guest gets a private link to just the photos they’re in, and the selfie is not kept.

Not a mockup — this is the software

These are captures of the running product. The studio is a demonstration account and the wedding in it is invented — the software is not.

A client gallery opened from its link: the studio name above the couple's names over a full-bleed cover photograph, a button into the gallery, and a bar along the bottom reading 'Auto-saved to draft · 11 of 25 selected'.

What the couple opens

One link, your studio's name above theirs, and their own cover photograph at the size it deserves.

The same gallery scrolled to the photographs: a meter reading '11 of 25 album picks, 44%', a 'Submit by 15 Nov' date, filters for all photos, selected and favourites, and a grid of frames each carrying a tick and a heart.

They pick on the frame itself

A live count against the quota you set, a date to submit by, and a tick and a heart on every photograph.

The photographer's view of the same gallery: a Client Selections panel reading '11 of 25 selected, 44%' with the client's name and the submission deadline, and beneath it an album-creator portal marked 'draft in progress (11/25)'.

Your side of the same gallery

The same count from your side, their notes against the frames they left them on, and a link for the album designer that carries only what was chosen.
